Their customer service is wonderful! My grandchildren & I came in from Dillard’s (they were horrible) to find a graduation dress & shoes. Upon entering the store we were greeted & kindly taken care of. They went above & beyond. We walked out with a dress, shoes, & a few other things because being there we felt welcomed so we shopped around more than needed.

Went in to the davenport location today to buy a surprise chanel gift for my wife's birthday and the sales lady in the makeup counter was very helpful and found everything I needed , I'm not sure of her name but thank you very very much my wife loved everything

We love shopping at Von Maur. It's the perfect place to buy a gift. They will ship it for you too. Or you can have it wrapped. They will also give you the wrapping paper to go. They have amazing sales. I can't remember which days they do markdowns.

I needed cologne for myself and a gift for someone else. MISSY helped with each item. The service she gave wasthe world's finest. MISSY is friendly, patient, very knowledgeable, and thorough. The Davenport iowa Von Maur is fortunate to have such excellent people on staff.

Von Maur is what all retail stores should still feel like! Every employee is always happy to assist and welcome you into the store. Special shout-out to Jane in the handbag area who assisted us yesterday. Went above and beyond in every aspect!!!

always a pleasant experience here. today specifically i really enjoyed the associate who helped me. unfortunately i can’t recall his name but he worked at the jewelry counter and wore lots of rings. he was very helpful and super knowledgeable about literally anything my friend and i picked up. he was also really good at keeping conversations, even when they weren’t necessarily related to the jewelry. associates like him are what keeps us customers coming back!!

Such a great shopping experience. The store is beautiful, clean, well kept. You are greeted by several associates throughout the store and kindly asked if they can help you. I honestly don’t feel like I can give this company the sort of appreciation that they deserve. Thank you for offering quality products with such an incredible variety in such an amazing atmosphere that made me feel like my business really was appreciated. I will always continue to drive almost 100 miles to shop at Von Maur. I am in the service industry and work hard for what I make so companies and their associates that appreciate their customers and their stores have all of my respect. Such a great Christmas shopping day.

The jewelry department in the Davenport Von Maur is always so helpful, pleasant, and knowledgable. This morning (11/26/2025), Angela or is it Andrea...was so helpful in assisting me in completing some of my many xmas purchases. Great doing business with you!
